TEAMWORK CREATES CONFIDENCE AND ACHIEVEMENT OF PROJECT GOALS

I wanted to take a few moments to let you know how much Convergint Technologies, in Denver, appreciates you and your team’s professionalism and quality of work that was delivered on the Kaiser Permanente B1 Garage Courier Parking project that was executed over the last few months.

When Convergint was asked by Kaiser to survey the site and see if we could provide the fencing, gates and operators I asked my internal team for a referral and was provided the contact information for Rocky Mountain Access Controls.  During the initial site survey Paul Bowen was on time and quickly developed a list of questions, concerns and suggestions that allowed me to talk with the customer in an intelligent manner.  This allowed me to create a level of confidence with Kaiser that was a significant factor in the award of the overall project to Convergint.

During the planning and installation phases of the project your team performed at a high level or standards resulting in a quality installation both in appearance and functionality.  In addition, the flexibility that Rocky Mountain Access Controls showed along the way, such as with the man-door latch mount fabrication to interface with the crash-bar and electric strike, was very helpful in experiencing a feeling of ‘team-work’ and was a contributing factor in the a smooth accomplishment of the project goals.

As subcontractors, Rocky Mountain Access Controls have shown the level of professionalism and quality of service that we hold ourselves to, and I can honestly say that I look forward to working with them on many more projects in the future.
