Cary Ruark

Cary is the perimeter protection professional that handles the day-to-day operation of the company. Cary’s mission is to provide complete client satisfaction through his and the team’s efforts.Cary serves as the leader of the RMAC team and provides his management and motivational skills to them. He is also responsible and very involved in sales, estimating and project management.Cary has nearly three decades of experience in the industry and nearly 4 decades in the construction trade. He continually enhances his skills, industry knowledge and value to clients and his team through continuous education and training from product manufacturers. He has earned numerous industry and manufacturer certifications.

Sales / Estimating / Professional Installation & Project Management

Our professional sales team and project estimators go to great lengths to provide our clients with the right solution for their needs at a competitive price and within a timetable that works for all. We spend time collaborating with our clients reviewing their needs and conceiving workable and efficient solutions for them. We also do a lot of collaborating on behalf of our clients with our valued manufacturers to make sure we are recommending the product that best fits their needs and budget. Once we receive the green light from a client the project management process and procedures begin with the best installation team in the business installing the job exactly as planned. Our project managers closely follow each project every step of the way to ensure client satisfaction.

Jamie Langerman

J amie serves clients and the company well by utilizing his considerable talents in sales, estimating and project management. He has enjoyed being in our niche industry for more than 12 years and continues to stay at the top of his game by attending various training sessions throughout the year.Jamie earned a bachelors degree in marketing, which taught him the value of providing client service above all else. He enjoys creating real working solutions and superior client service no matter how large or small the project.

Project Manager, Bob Hitch

Bob is responsible for overseeing the installation crews and additionally serves as a project manager and estimator as needed. He places emphasis on continuous training for himself and the installers in the newest and most efficient installation techniques and product technology. Bob also emphasizes the importance of safety with the install crews. Bob manages the company’s quality control program and has a special talent for paying attention to detail. He maintains a “no surprises on the job” mentality that clients truly appreciate.
